35pd Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 35pd website accessible at 35pd.io, including all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, APIs, and services provided thereunder.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Funds" means any real-money balance deposited into or held within a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus balances credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotion or offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked in eligible games before it or associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 8 of these Terms.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" / "BST" means the time zone UTC+6, which applies to all time references in these Terms unless otherwise stated.

By accessing or using the 35pd Platform in any capacity, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Acceptance occurs through any of the following actions:

• Completing the Account registration process and clicking or tapping the registration confirmation;
• Making a deposit or placing a bet or wager on the Platform;
• Continuing to use the Platform after any published amendment to these Terms has taken effect.

These Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

35pd reserves the right to require you to re-confirm acceptance of these Terms at any time, including following any material update. Failure to confirm acceptance when requested may result in temporary suspension of account access until confirmation is received.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 35pd, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:

• You are aged 21 years or older;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal, recreational purposes;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by 35pd or any other gambling platform;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or commercial organisation in placing bets or wagers;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or close family member of an employee of 35pd or any of its technology or content partners, in relation to activities directly associated with Platform operations;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence;
• You are not depositing funds that originate from criminal activity or that you are not legally entitled to use.

35pd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Accounts may be suspended pending verification. Where verification fails or documents cannot be provided, 35pd reserves the right to close the Account and return any verified Funds to the registered payment source.

Each individual Player may hold only one registered Account on the 35pd Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, active Bangladesh mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You must notify 35pd promptly of any changes to your registered information by updating your account profile or contacting support.

Account credentials — specifically your username and password — must be kept strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. 35pd will never contact you by any channel to request your password. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and contact the 35pd support team at [email protected].

35pd reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent intent, provision of false information, or a breach of these Terms.

35pd supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Player and are determined by the relevant payment service provider, not by 35pd.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 35pd applies a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process and reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required verification documents have been reviewed and approved.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit into the same Account, unless an alternative method is specifically approved by 35pd's compliance team;
• 35pd reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation for large transactions;
• Withdrawal requests that appear to be inconsistent with normal gameplay patterns may be placed on hold pending investigation;
• 35pd is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile wallet providers, or banking institutions.

In the event of a deposit error or a technical fault that results in funds being credited to your Account incorrectly, you are obliged to notify 35pd immediately. Any funds credited to your Account as a result of a platform error do not belong to you and must be returned. 35pd reserves the right to reverse any such credits at any time.

35pd offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. 35pd reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its discretion, including where abuse of a previous offer is suspected;
• Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which will be stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms. Until the Wagering Requirement is fully met, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are not withdrawable;
• Only bets placed on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms contribute toward Wagering Requirements. Bets that are voided, cashed out early, or placed on excluded markets or game types do not count;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the terms of the specific promotion;
• 35pd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that this does not unfairly prejudice Players who have already accepted and begun fulfilling the terms of the promotion;
• Any Player found to be manipulating or abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to extract bonus value — will have their bonus voided, associated winnings forfeited, and their Account reviewed for suspension.

All bets and wagers placed on 35pd are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, live casino, slots, Triple, Color Prediction, or other categories). These game-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

The following general betting and gaming conditions apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 35pd does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under specific game rules (for example, cash-out functionality where available);
• In the event of a discrepancy between the odds displayed on screen and the odds at the time of bet confirmation — due to latency, connectivity issues, or rapid market movement — the odds recorded in 35pd's system at the moment of confirmation shall be the binding odds;
• 35pd reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error, including obvious pricing errors that a reasonable person would recognise as such;
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time at 35pd's discretion, including following significant in-play events such as goals, wickets, injuries, or weather interruptions;
• All game outcomes in 35pd's casino and slot categories are determined by certified random number generators. 35pd does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes in any way;
• The Platform's recorded results and transaction logs shall be the definitive record for all purposes, including dispute resolution. In the event of a disagreement between a Player and 35pd regarding a game result or bet settlement, the Platform's server-side records shall prevail.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 35pd Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all Funds and winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent stage of account verification;
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account, or accessing or using any other Player's Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the Platform, or exploit game mechanics;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, including coordinating bets or game strategies in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Deliberately exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software, including continued exploitation after becoming aware of an error;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any other illegal financial purpose;
• Depositing funds derived from any criminal activity;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events offered on the Platform;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive conduct toward 35pd staff or other Platform users;
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measure implemented by 35pd.

35pd strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. The Platform uses age verification checks during registration and may request documentary evidence at any time. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts closed immediately.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour waiting period;
• Session Time Reminders: Set a maximum session duration. Once the limit is reached, an on-screen notification prompts you to review your activity and take a break if appropriate;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, deposits and gameplay are suspended while your account remains open;
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from the Platform for a minimum of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion is enforced immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, display, transmit, or make available any Platform content to any third party without the prior written consent of 35pd;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any software component of the Platform;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use the 35pd name, logo, or brand assets in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by 35pd.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may additionally constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 35pd reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 35pd, its directors, employees, agents, technology providers, and content partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial commentary;
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

35pd makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

35pd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

35pd implements 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions between your device and the Platform servers. Personal and financial data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. 35pd does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

35pd may share your personal data with third parties in the following limited circumstances: where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; where necessary to process payments via authorised payment service providers; where necessary to conduct identity and age verification checks through authorised verification partners; or where you have provided your explicit consent to such sharing.

35pd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a Player — 35pd will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Non-material amendments (such as clarifications, corrections to typographical errors, or editorial updates that do not alter the substance of any obligation) may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised whenever changes are made.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting 35pd support.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 35pd operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and player protection, and applies internationally recognised standards of online gaming conduct across all of its operations.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 35pd regarding these Terms or any transaction on the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 35pd support at [email protected]. If informal resolution is not possible within a reasonable time, the matter may be referred to formal dispute resolution in accordance with applicable law.

All times referenced in any dispute, transaction record, or formal correspondence shall be stated in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
